We have bought 4 vehicles from Pogue Chevrolet in Powderly Ky and 3 of those from Lindell Epley who has always made the experience pain free and he acts like he appreciates our business. However I will NOT go back to their service department! The two representatives who I had to deal with for scheduling service work on our previous vehicle needs more training especially in how to communicate with customers.

Was glad that I was sent this survey. To even give score of poor is more than I feel is needed. We had a terrible service visit to have an oil change done. our appointment was at 9am for s simple oil change and filter. we arrived 15 min early for our appointment. We gave the service writer the keys and went to wait for it to be done. No one from service contacted us or most of the customers in the waiting room for updates on our vehicles. There were people there before us that waited as long as we did. Two hours later we were contacted by one of the service advisers about our truck. It was not done yet but they made us aware of an issue that i wasn't concerned about( a manifold bolt broken off which is common on LS engines). When they came and got us we thought our vehicle was done. But not yet. So we went back to sit down and had to wait for 45 min for it to be completed. An oil change and filter took three hours to do. And many others in the waiting room were waiting for over two hours or more. They even came out and started asking people their names and what kind of car they had. I guess they couldn't keep track of that either. It was truly a poorly run service department. I hope the many others who were there will chose to fill out their surveys so management is aware of the issues. This is not my first service there and all the other times the wait has been longer than appropriate. I kept my cool but was about to let them know my thoughts on the situation. Being in the waiting area with all the other customers there were many who strongly felt the same. There is a reason that you make appointments. If my appointment is 9am that means you should be there and ready to perform your job at that time. That's why people schedule appointment accordingly. We arrived at 845am and they took the keys and vehicle right then. We left the dealership at 1145am, that's three hours to change the oil and filter on my vehicle. That's unacceptable from your service department. My only recourse is to take my business and service work elsewhere. Thanks for you time.

I was not informed of how long iit would take to fix my chev. they did not have a loaner car, or a rental. gm sent me a email that they would pay up to 44 dollars a day. i checked and could not find a gm car for this price, most were in the 80 a day. ii have a ford car that i used to get around. idid not know that it would take 10 days to repair my car. I saved pogue at least 700 dollars by using my other car.I
